Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any modifications or accept exchange requests.

Refunds are only applicable for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any other issues.
